PREPARED PIANO
Prepared piano is a technique in which various objects are placed on or between the piano strings to alter its usual sound.
Often unfamiliar to the traditional concert piano, these objects affect the instrument’s sound in various degrees—modifying pitch, duration, attack, and most notably, timbre.
